CQ Building Supplies are proud to announce that our Frame and Truss facility in Maryborough has been recognised by the National Timber and Hardware Association as the Best Off Site Manufacturing Facility in the Queensland Timber and Hardware Industry.

A big congratulations and thank you to our entire team for all of their hard work since opening the facility in May 2024.

Queensland’s timber and hardware industry’s best have been crowned!

More than 300 industry professionals gathered at Rydges South Bank, Brisbane, on Saturday night for the 2026 NTHA Queensland Timber & Hardware Industry Awards — celebrating the people and businesses driving excellence across the sector.

Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our Building Supplies team!

About the Role
As part of our warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for:
• Making up Orders and preparing them for delivery.
• Serving customers and assisting with product pickups.
• Unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized warehouse environment.
• Delivering goods to our customers.

This role involves physical work and regular lifting of building supplies.
What We’re Looking For
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Forklift license required.
• Truck license required.
• Prior Hiab/crane experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Prior experience with Hardware is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
