Time to do some line boring and bore welding on this Green rig.
Customer should have replaced pins and bushes a little earlier. Lachie will sort it though.

Sometimes the parts we make will never see the light of day again.
These will spend the rest of their life imbedded in a carbon fibre race car front wing.
Hopefully this car doesn’t visit any other cars or any walls.

Make the right parts if you can only source original rubbish plastic parts that have air pockets riddled through it.

Site measure, model design, manufacture and install.
This new Elevator intake chute we used a combination of tynalene 9000 ( plastic ) and poly urethane.
This plastic and poly will far out lays any sort of steel in this application.

Don’t always need the big machines to get the job done. Just the right tool for the job.
Only had to open the step out not cut the whole keyway. Good one Lachie.

It’s not every day the boys get to fire up the TIG welder in McDonalds 🍔 to do some cutting and shutting of a stainless steel bench.
