Another beautiful project completed today in Nudgee 👌

This one was a challenge to say the least, but we still managed to go from site measure to installation in just 3 weeks!

Featuring:
• Rail-less batten fencing with 40x40mm battens and 32mm gaps
• McGrath Locks Trade Ascot smart lock on the main entry gate
• JWeld’s signature recessed handles on all three gates
• Nelsons CNC end caps in every batten
• 6mm aluminium flat bar along the bottom of the rendered wall to protect against lawn care — installed before rendering to achieve a flush finish
• All powder coated in Gloss White

Shoutout to Isaac at Brisbane Blocklaying for another great job on the wall and for linking us up with the client.

Plenty of work went into getting the finer details right on this one, and we couldn’t be happier with how it came together.

Take a look at this project we recently completed in Boondall.

This blade-style combination features:
• 65x16mm slats welded on their side with 30mm gaps
•Nelsons CNC end caps fitted to every blade
• A subtle design detail that hides the support posts from the front
• Powder coated in Monument

From AI to real life!

This project started with a simple question from the client:
“Can you build this?”

The answer was yes! and now these two gates are standing proudly in Gordon park

This project features:
• 40x40mm battens
• Zanda Architectural Hardware smart lock in ember bronze
• Fingerprint, key fob and passcode entry
• Nelsons CNC end caps
• Censtsys sliding gate motor
• Powder coated in surfmist

A great example of how AI concepts can be transformed into real-world projects with the right design and fabrication.

Another quality install completed today in Bulimba ✔️

The customer opted for a sliding gate instead of swinging gates, which worked well for this space. Installing to existing timber that has been through years of warping and ground movement can be a challenge, but we managed to get a great result.

Featuring 90mm slats with 14mm spacing, powder coated in gloss white for a clean finish.
