· White Card (required)

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED

Strait Up Cranes & Rigging is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our head office team in Mudgee.

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our crane and rigging operations across administration, compliance, project support, and day-to-day office functions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with strong administration experience and a proactive approach to work.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and staff
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Experience using Xero, including invoicing and payroll functions
- Ability and willingness to learn new software systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude
- A strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team where required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing administration support to the management team, including document preparation, filing, scanning, record management, and answering phones
- Processing invoicing and assisting with payroll administration
- Maintaining company document control, compliance records and completing data entry tasks
- Assisting with weekly payroll
- Assisting with toolbox talks and updating safety documentation
- Maintaining asset and maintenance registers
- Providing project administration support
- Assisting with general office and ad hoc administration duties as required
