This buggy came in for a major service.
We took care of new battery cables, battery clean out, customer supplied USB outlets and some bonus lighting.
We also put a new nose cone and dash cradle in as well as a general service. A set of new bushes to come will have this buggy as good as new.

Quick USB install in a golf buggy this morning. Now the speaker and phone can stay on full during a quick round!

A 12v overhaul on this caravan. There was some spicy connections along the way so was good to get it sorted for safe travels.

We also fitted 3x LED Lights and 2x sirocco fans.
Always pays to have older 12v work properly checked over.

Wired up a customer supplied light bar and accessory panel. They can now charge their phone and see their way around at night if need be.
Next week will see under body LED lights and a dual UEBOOM stereo set up.

All wired up with fuse protection, dual relay etc will ensure no issues in the future 🙂

Recently helped a customer get back on the road in his XR6t. Installing his supplier Spoolinboost fuel pump wiring upgrade kit as well as a new walbro intank pump. If you have an xr6t with mods the fuel pump wiring upgrade is a must.

Significant overhaul of this closed car/equipment trailer. Customer supplied all the accessories we just took care of hooking it all up.
Now sporting:
-200AH lithium battery
-40amp DCDC
-320w roof mounted solar
-2000w pure sine wave inverter
-KINGS control box
-110L upright 12v fridge

This allows the customer and his staff to easily microwave a meal, cook a toastie and stay hydrated with cold drinks for days on end completely off grid. But thanks to the Enerdrive 240v battery charger they can also keep the battery maintained when on-site with power.

As an added touch I threw in an extra little RGB door light for late nights on site they can easily gain access to the trailer.

Dual channel dash cam install. Discretely hardwired into the car so no unsightly cables dangling down to the accessory socket.
The thinkware camera offers dual HD recording with easy to use wifi app.

For added security this vehicle is also fitted with a GPS/4G tracker.

Before and after on a Single person golf buggy I was able to get going again.
After suffering a short - a new harness which didn’t match the original needed to be integrated.
It’s now back to its former glory!
