TIGERCAT REPAIRS 🐅

Here we completed a major strengthening upgrade for one of our great local harvesting clients

These machines are known for breaking in the centre pivot area and with some slight refining of the upgrade kit supplied by the manufacturer, we plasma cut and bent all the plates in-house, then welded out on site in our customers workshop

Here we have a little repair job on some tractor parts that are now obsolete for tractor servicing
We welded the up the old splines, dialed them in on our CNC lathe then hit the GO button after writing a hand written program
End result = perfectly machined new splines for this tractor
