An early warning fire detection system for cotton pickers and cotton st*****rs.

FireWatch is designed to detect small smoulders at the earliest possible stage. Identifying a thermal event before it grows or spreads is critical in preventing machine fires and bale fires.
Early detection gives operators valuable time to respond and significantly reduces overall fire risk during harvest.

🌱 Throwback to One Wild Prototype…

Back in 2021, we built something a little different — our prototype CS690 Flex Front.
Designed specifically for the terrace (contour) country of east Moree NSW, this custom stripper front could harvest cotton while either wing was inclined 20–30° or declined 15–20°… all controlled straight from the cab.

It was a fun project, a big challenge, and a great example of what happens when innovation meets local conditions.

It had a DPF delete at 4000 hours, which is probably the only reason it survived this long.

We’re swapping it out for a 13.5 Tier 2 — no DPF, no variable fan drive, no variable speed turbo… just a proper engine.

We love our fleet of CS690s and can’t wait to see how many hours these things can rack up!
