Barra powered xd falcon in to have a heap of fix ups after a cheap over.
Wired and set the ic7 dash up correctly.
We wired in and fitted oil pressure, Fuel pressure, Trans temp, Gear position sensor and set up the dash to show all necessary on the display.
We replaced all the fuel lines and re wired the fuel pumps.
Removed factory power steering pump and went with a Astra pump, plumbed and wired.
Relocated the trans cooler to a more suitable spot and wired fan via haltech.
Diagnosed head light wiring/issues.
Fitter and bled new brakes.
Fitted the bang shifter into the floor working with center console.
A lot more we’ve missed but she’s ready to hit the dyno and for the owner to enjoy some seat time finally!

We had Darren’s wrx in to have the Intercooler pipes remade due to them blocking oil filler cap and hitting on a couple sensor plugs. We made them in 2.5” stainless steel and made plenty of clearance off everything 💪🏻

Garry’s Holden VS 304 stroker fitted with ITBs 🤤💪🏻

This build features a fully fabricated 2.5” dual exhaust system from the headers back, finished with 3” tips for the perfect note and look.

We also completed a fully custom wiring harness to suit the Haltech Nexus R3 and IC7 dash, all built using Deutsch connectors for simple and reliable removal/serviceability.
Sensor package includes:
• Oil temperature & pressure
• Water temperature
• Wideband O2
• Intake air temperature
• Knock sensors
• And more
For improved reliability and simplicity, the ignition system was converted to a VT distributor setup with individual LS3 coil packs.

We fabbed up a 4” stainless seemless brushed finish snorkel!
We also fabbed up a 3” stainless turbo back exhaust with a muffler to keep the noise in check!
Now it’s off to get a lift kit and wheels and tyres!

Had .vaughan.89 spicy r32 gtr in for a stainless 3.5” rear section to add a muffler and finished with 4” exit!

Had brocks rg colly in for a stainless 3” turbo back system finished with a teardrop under the tub chop.
Brock unfortunately went to a backyard bloke and wasn’t happy with the previous system, which also cracked on a couple welds, needless to say we fixed the whole system for him 💪🏻
