HARVEST CLEAN are pioneers in the design and manufacture of mobile agricultural grain cleaning grain screening and scalping machinery. HARVEST CLEAN's flagship product, GEBERT® 4 is an efficient grain cleaning / screening and scalping unit designed for solutions to frost affected crops, small and oversized grains and other impurities within harvested crops. Harvest Clean has been specializing in the manufacture of high capacity grain cleaning machinery since 2005, in that time it has produced over 50 of its GEBERT 4 models. Over these 6 years many improvements and enhancements have been made to the GEBERT 4. For the 2011 harvest season Harvest Clean has enhanced the GEBERT 4 with the following: *The vertical feed in auger is operated via a hydraulic cylinder, this cylinder varies the amount of grain that will be fed into the screening rotors. *The 15 tonne feed-in field bin is now manufactured out of 2mm galvanized sheet steel. *All machines will be powered by 35hp vanguard engines. *All machines will have 8 inch folding feed out augers and designed to feed 45 tonne field bins. *The hydraulic pump and hydraulic motors have all been upgraded to enable higher levels of oil flow. *Variable speed drives are fitted to the feed out augers. These modifications have only made the GEBERT 4 more efficient to use and complement the machines other features which are: *Four large screening rotors which are 3.2 metres long. 12 wrap around screens per set which equates to 22 square metres of screen. *Strong framing to better handle on-farm use. 45 litre fuel tank. *A by-passable one pass system (OPS) to enable screening or screening and scalping in one pass. *Central manifold point for hydraulic control. *200 litre hydraulic oil container. *Easy set-up and operation. *Safe to use due to hydraulic motors and this machine does not use “v” belts. *Screens are easy to change and do not need the rotor removed from machine. The GEBERT 4 comes complete and ready to use for wheat using a 2mm slotted screen and so minimal wastage of good grain into the seconds auger, other screens are available as options and most screens are priced at $250 (plus GST) each. The GEBERT 4 will be priced at $75,000 (plus GST) for the 2011 season and represents good value for a machines with its features.
