We have been working on some bigger structures this week. 610x12.7mm CHS and 250x250x9 SHS welded strictly to AS1554.1 SP 32 and 40mm grade 350 plate. The jig pictured allows us to align the 12mm plate gussets perfectly. In a highly competitive market you have to work smart and hard. The tube laser made light work of 42 # off corner panel cleats from 150x150x10mm EA for a precast concrete panel construction project today. In the past, processing these manuallly was a time intensive process.

A deck structure that we will be fabricating over the next few weeks for a very remote location on a different continent. We have worked very hard this week to resolve / combine the architectural and engineering details to ready this project for fabrication. All elements can now be used directly in CNC processing on our tube and flat bed lasers to expedite delivery.
