Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jake outdoors so you won't find him.

Jake used his fabrication background to pick up grain work while travelling, which quickly turned into a full-time role in the ag industry (because we couldn't let him leave).

Favourite tool in the workshop?
The oxy - because if it’s liquid, it can’t be tight.
(Also Ron… on a good day.)

What Jake loves most about ag is the ingenuity.

Favourite bush mechanic fix?
Zip ties and duct tape - the classics.🔥⚙️

Outside of work, you’ll find Nathen tinkering in the shed tinkering with anything mechanical.

Nathen got into the ag industry because school wasn’t his thing but hands-on, practical work absolutely was.

Favourite tool in the workshop?
The welder - because without it, nothing gets created. (Honourable mention to Jake, who’s also pretty handy)

What Nathen loves most about working in ag is the variety and constant challenges - no two days are the same.

Favourite bush mechanic fix?
Whatever gets you out of trouble and keeps the wheels spinning.
Also it’s not stupid if it works.

Sometimes the workshop lights stay on a little longer - not because it’s expected, but because the passion for what we’re building runs deep ⚙️

Our team takes real ownership in the process. From problem-solving and refining designs to turning ideas into something practical for the paddock, there’s a genuine sense of pride in getting things right.

🔧 Meet the Team | Ronny (Managing Director)

Outside of the workshop, you’ll usually find Ronny either at the race track or travelling - rarely sitting still.

Ronny’s path into the ag industry started the same way many good stories do… by accidentally saying yes to a random job and the rest is history.

Favourite tool in the workshop? Nathen (arguably the most reliable piece of equipment on site).

What Ronny loves most about working in ag is the strong sense of community - everyone helps everyone, especially when things don’t go to plan.

Favourite bush mechanic fix?
Sikaflex and duct tape - if you can’t fix it with that, you’re not trying hard enough. ⚙️

Many of you have already seen our smaller grain cleaner out and about doing its thing… but now it’s time to level up. The big one is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming next.

🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from the Next Gen Grain Cleaners and SA Seedgraders team! 🎄

What a year it’s been. From big ideas and new machines to paddocks, sheds, road trips, breakdowns, laughs, and plenty of grain cleaned. We couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from our ag community. Thank you to everyone who backed us, booked us in, fed us, housed us, helped us out, and cheered us on along the way. We truly appreciate it 🙌

As we head into the festive break, we’re already excited about what’s coming next. There are some big plans, new developments, and plenty of innovation in the pipeline for the year ahead and we can’t wait to share it with you ⚙️🌾

Wishing you all a safe, happy, and well-earned Christmas break. Enjoy the time with family and friends, and we’ll see you in the new year, ready to get stuck in again 🎅

Guess who — and what — is back on the Yorke Peninsula?

That’s right, Ronny and the Next Gen Grain Cleaner have returned home after a productive trip across to the Eyre Peninsula 🚛🌾

A sincere thank you to the people who looked after us so well - from providing meals and a bed, to helping (and maybe quietly laughing) through Ronny’s finger mishap. Your hospitality was very appreciated!

Aside from a wheel hub issue - which required a visit from our skilled team member, Jake - the trip was very successful, with plenty of grain cleaned and great conversations had.

If you missed out this time, don’t worry - we’re planning another visit soon.

Happy Friday from the Next Gen Grain Cleaner team including Walter (doggo) 🌾😎

You might’ve spotted us out and about over the last couple of weeks — harvest has finally kicked off, even if the rain is still having its little tantrum.

We’ve been absolutely over the moon to get stuck into grain cleaning with our new machine, and boy have we done some miles… from the Yorke Peninsula all the way over to the Eyre Peninsula. 🚛💨

We’re on the move, we’re loving it, and we’re here to help.
