This recent conveyor installation in Sydney NSW focuses on increasing the efficiency of our client's picking, packing & sortation facility 📦

Some of the features of this conveyor system include:
- A dual level system that allows efficient empty tote return from packing benches to pickface. This reduces the need for workers to walk empty totes from packing bench areas to induction/pickface areas.
- 24V Motor Driven Roller (MDR) conveyors allow for easy operation of individual 'zones' to enable zero pressure accumulation while reducing unnecessary power consumption.
- F-RAT multidirectional diverter modules are designed for smooth 90degree diverting in up to 4 directions while keeping products at the same level to limit vibrations and impact shock.
