Oh Nooo. A manufacturer of Brake seals, and components, in the UK, has closed up shop. This is really bad for Restorers. These people were the only people in the world making some of these seals and dust boots. Not all makes will be affected but some will. Austin, Commer, British Dodges and Morris, will partially be affected. We will be looking at getting some tooling made for the most popular bits. Some others there are alternatives we can use. We just have to soldier on. We are also looking at alternative waysof manufacturing..

G'day Restorers, 'A Fever Van'?😳. Truck Manufacturers have built different factory bodies for common services since the first days.
Dump bodies, Ambulances, Bus', flat decks & dropsides, but this one is a very specialised unit l thought you'd find interesting.
The Morris Fever Van! (Based on the Morris Commercial 'Tonner'.

For Fever Patients, or for use by hospitals that deal with infectious disease, a special Morris Arbulance model has been designed.
While this follows in general lines the standard Morris Ambulance, it is equipped with one stretcher only and incorporates an isolated compartment, zinc-lined, for the conveyance of the bedding. This compartment is situated in the fore part of the body on the near side, the remainder of the space being employed for carrying one stretcher patient, and two seated passengers. Communication between the driver and attendant is by speaking tube, and the interior of the vehicle is fitted with an electric light for night duty. Price, with chassis as specified, and complete equipment, £315, or, with 33in. by 5in. tyres, £325.

G'day Restorers, I pulled another Rabbit out of a hat! I have successfully reproduced a 1-3/4" bore Master Cylinder kit for the largest of the Bedfords which covers TK, E, W, N & P series even the largest 'Twin Steer' Coaches. Includes the Tilt Valves too!!!
I have proud moments sometimes, now is one 😁
