For those who don't know me, I'm Nigel.

I'm a husband, a dad and I've spent most of my working life travelling Australia with Komatsu Forest Australia, working alongside some of the best people in the timber and forestry industry.

Often on weekends you’ll find me away with mates riding new tracks or hanging out with the family. Heading off on a ride has always been a huge part of my life, whether that’s on a dirt, road or adventure bikes!

I’ve always had on the bucket list to do a lap of Australia on the bike, but until now it just hasn’t made it off the to-do list. I have to say though…this ride feels different from anything else I’ve ever done, not because of where it's taking me, but because of why.

If I can use something I love to support people facing something I hope none of us ever have to, then every kilometre will be worth it.
