Our AC500-8 on a busy city centre project, showcasing both precision and power in a highly constrained environment.
Equipped with 51m of main boom and an impressive 90m luffing fly, this setup allowed us to safely and efficiently reach the top of a high-rise building.

Operating in dense urban conditions demands meticulous planning, coordination, and expertise—and our team delivered on all fronts.
From navigating tight access to executing complex lifts at height, this project is a great example of what’s possible with the right equipment and the right people behind it.

We're proud to share the successful completion of a major milestone lift as part of the Eastern Freeway Upgrades – a critical step in delivering improved infrastructure and long-term benefits to the local community.

The lift involved a 170-tonne, 90-metre-long pylon – a feat that required intricate and meticulous planning between our project team and crane specialists. From engineering reviews to detailed lift studies and fleet coordination, every element was considered to ensure a safe, efficient, and on-schedule operation.
This achievement is a testament to what can be accomplished through early collaboration, technical expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence.

A massive thank you to everyone involved – your teamwork, precision, and professionalism made this complex operation a smooth success.

Lift Smart. Lift Safe. Lift Strong.

During September, our team was proud to play a key role in one of the most complex lifts on the Eastern Freeway in decades.

Working around the clock, we successfully removed the existing cable-stayed pedestrian bridge and lifted a massive 90-metre arch structure into place — all within a tight weekend shutdown window.

This critical operation was part of the Heyington Avenue bridge replacement, connecting Doncaster and Mont Albert North, and enhancing shared-use paths for walkers and cyclists.

👏 A huge thank you to our crew, partners, and project teams for their skill, coordination, and commitment to safety in delivering such a milestone.

🔗 Infrastructure like this doesn’t just get built — it gets lifted, piece by piece, with precision.
