Women in Engineering (WIE) are a special interest group of Engineers Australia. The current Victorian WIE Committee was formed in October 2006 to provide local focus for Women working in the field of engineering. In line with the objectives of the National and other State divisions, WIE seek to increase diversity in the profession by creating networks and providing resources to support women in the engineering profession.
