DT Jointing Solutions (DTJS) is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Coolaroo, Victoria. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to expand our market presence and strengthen client relationships.
About Us:
DTJS is a trusted leader in electrical jointing, termination, and connection technologies, specializing in high-quality products and services for the utilities, construction, and renewable energy sectors across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Representing DTJS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the electrical, utilities, or construction sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with being self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. A full Victorian driving license is required.
