Another boat trailer through the workshop at CMFABRICATIONS —

This one had definitely seen better days. The rear swing-away crossmember was completely rusted out, so we bent up a new tube and replaced it.

We also:
• Replaced the middle section rollers
• Installed a new 8m winch strap (the old one barely reached the boat)
• Fitted new springs as the old ones were shot
• Replaced the brake lights
• Serviced the wheel hubs and hand brakes

Now the trailer is looking like new again and the customer can head out on the water with full confidence in it.

Hopefully there’s a few fish caught on the next trip 🎣

Back from the Christmas break and straight into it 💪

Another trailer dropped off Friday arvo — customer needed it for work, so no mucking around.

❌ Cut off the old cheap hinges
🔧 Replaced the rear cross member
🔥 Welded on heavy-duty greasable hinges for smooth, long-lasting operation

Smashed it out and had it back to them ready to keep earning 💰

Now this one would have to be my favourite.
I thought I’d put the welder down for a minute and try my hand at 12V… and went all in.
I fully designed and installed this monster 12V system from the ground up, starting with a Renogy Core 50A DC–DC charger with built-in MPPT, paired with the Renogy One Core control module. Absolute unit of a setup.
Of course, a system like that needs a battery to match, so we went with the Renogy Core Mini 300Ah lithium — plenty of power on tap for whatever the road throws at you.
That power comes in handy for those “quick roadside snacks,” all made possible by a Renogy 3000W pure sine wave inverter (rumour has it spring rolls are the go-to choice).
And because warm drinks are a crime, we finished it off with an 85L upright fridge/freezer to keep everything icy cold.
An epic build all round. I hope the customer enjoys the travels ahead and puts this setup to work exactly as it was designed — chasing adventures, not power points.

Oh, You thought i was done,

Another trailer awaited its resuscitation,
And this time it was a boat trailer which I've never seen so much rust in a trailer before, this one was some work!

First up had to cut and clean all rust out and coat it in rust preventive paint,
Then plateted and re welded over to strengthen the trailer.

This one also needed some new mud guards
Which wasn't an issue quick trip to the suppliers and bam new guards fitted and looking like a brand new trailer,

Oh WOW, I've been queit on the socials. But flat out getting work done before the Christmas holidays,

First up was a trailer being used for collecting firewood needed some suspension re-vamping

Customer supplied springs and hangers.

I cut the old ones off. Cleaned and plated rust holes.

Re mounted the springs and on his way he goes
