He measured his excavator tracks. Then he measured every trailer on the market. None of them fit.

Track width plus clearance plus ramp width plus tie-down positions.

The geometry didn't work on anything under 18 feet, and nobody local stocked an 18-footer with a fold ramp in the configuration he needed.

So we built one. 18 feet by 6'6". Full fold-down ramp wide enough for tracked machinery.

Black powder coat over galvanised steel because the trailer lives outdoors on construction sites, not in a garage.

The fold ramp is the detail that changes the workflow. It lays flat for loading, folds up for transit, and doesn't require a second person to operate. One operator. One trailer. Machine on, machine off.

This is what a factory does that a dealership can't. When the measurement doesn't match the catalogue, we don't say "close enough." We change the build.

Your ladder shouldn't be hanging off the back of your ute like a safety hazard. There's a better way.

The Ramco 10X5 with ladder racks provides proper storage for extension ladders, conduit, PVC pipe, timber lengths, and any other items that are too long for a standard tray.

The racks sit above the trailer box, so you're not losing any floor space. Your tools, materials, and gear go inside. Your ladder rides on top, secured and out of the way.
