If you're tired of the bone-jarring "clunk" every time your suspension bottoms out on the trail, Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops are a game-changer for your rig.

Unlike factory foam or hard rubber stops that act like a brick wall, these are made from high-quality natural rubber with a hollow core, allowing them to compress progressively.

This creates a cushioned landing that absorbs energy rather than ricocheting it through your spine, significantly improving ride quality and control during high-speed desert runs or technical rock crawling.

They are a "set it and forget it" upgrade—easy to bolt on, maintenance-free, and tough enough to handle the harshest environments without crumbling.

Tired of the "Truck Camper Sway"? 🚐💨

If you’ve ever caught a crosswind or took a curve a little too fast with your slide in truck camper, you know that "white-knuckle" feeling. Heavy slide-ins put a massive strain on your factory suspension, leading to rear-end sag and dangerous body roll.

Enter Timbren SES.

Zero Maintenance: No air lines to leak, no manual pumping.

Instant Stability: Our progressive rate rubber springs engage only when loaded, leveling your ride and killing the sway.

DIY Install: Bolt them on in your driveway in under 30 minutes.

Stop fighting your steering wheel and start enjoying the journey.

Rough ride!?!?!

Installing a Timbren SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a game-changer for towing and hauling, but if set up incorrectly, your truck can end up feeling like a pogo stick on an empty bed.

Here is how to get the most out of your SES kit without sacrificing your daily driver comfort.

1. Mind the Gap
The most common mistake is installing the Aeon springs so they touch the axle while the truck is empty. Timbrens are not air bags; they are progressive rubber springs.

The Goal: You should have a 1/2" to 1.5" gap between the rubber spring and the axle (or striker plate) when the vehicle is unloaded based on the feel.

The Why: This gap allows your factory suspension to handle small bumps naturally. If there’s no gap, bumps will send a jolt through the frame.

2. Adjust with Spacers
Most kits come with optional spacers.

Too harsh? Remove a spacer to increase the gap.

Too much sag before they kick in? Add a spacer to bring the rubber closer to the axle.

Note: If your truck is leveled or lifted, you might actually need longer bolts or additional spacers to maintain the correct engagement point.

Check that gap!

Check it out!

If you’re tired of your truck sagging like an old sofa every time you hook up the trailer, Timbren SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a total game-changer. Unlike complex air bags that require lines, compressors, and constant monitoring, Timbren uses high-performance hollow rubber springs that bolt right into your existing bump stop location. They remain "passive" when your vehicle is empty—maintaining that factory ride quality—but provide immediate, progressive support the second you drop a heavy load. It’s a "set it and forget it" solution that effectively eliminates rear-end sag and keeps your headlights pointed at the road instead of the treetops.

Beyond just levelling out your ride, the real magic of the SES lies in improved stability and safety. By significantly reducing body roll and swaying during cornering, these kits give you much better control over your vehicle, especially when navigating wind gusts or uneven pavement with a high center of gravity. Whether you’re hauling a massive fifth-wheel or a bed full of gravel, the added stiffness helps absorb road shocks and prevents bottoming out. For anyone looking to beef up their hauling capacity without the headache of ongoing maintenance, it’s one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make.

Getting the Gap Right: Timbren SES Unloaded Spacing!

A common thing we see if you've installed or are considering Timbren SES (Suspension Enhancement System) on your truck, is how much space is required for your unloaded gap.

This space is crucial for maintaining your factory ride quality when you're not hauling or towing. Timbren SES kits are designed to work with an unloaded gap between the rubber spring and the axle (or contact point) of approximately: About 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inches of gap under the rubber spring based on the feel. The general principle is: If the truck is unloaded, the Timbren springs should NOT be touching the axle.

Why The Gap Matters?

The small gap ensures that the factory suspension (leaf springs, coils, etc.) handles the daily, unloaded bumps and road chatter. This preserves your truck's original, comfortable ride.

Engagement: The Timbren SES spring only comes into contact with the axle when a load is introduced (like a trailer, camper, or heavy payload) or during a significant suspension event (like a hard bump or sway).

Progressive Spring Rate: Once the Aeon rubber spring makes contact and is engaged under load, it provides a progressive spring rate. This means the more you compress it, the more resistance it provides, which is how it eliminates sag, sway, and roll under load.

Timbren SES for your Camper Van!

Smoothen out that ride and keep much more stable on your journey.

Leveling & Stability: Eliminates rear sag and prevents bottoming out, keeping the van level and improving handling under heavy load.

Superior Control: Dramatically reduces body roll (sway) and bouncing (porpoising) for a tighter, safer driving experience.

Zero Maintenance: No air lines, no leaks, and no pumps. It's a durable, maintenance-free, "set-it-and-forget-it" system with a Lifetime Warranty.

Smooth Riding: The progressive rubber springs absorb road shock and tighten up the suspension, giving you a smooth, controlled ride even on rough roads.
