Once again we have been given the opportunity to support our state in a case of a emergency. Hartli was appointed today to attend and inspect a number of properties in Metro Melbourne suffering from the earthquake damage today including the dreadful observed on chapel street. Our team has provided advice and key direction to making these structures safe and stable to ensure no further damages are sustained. Let’s get through this together Victoria.

Our team visited this industrial building in Gisborne today to provide commercial forensic investigation for a steel structured frame with precast walls. Its surprising and sad to see how bad the consequences can be when drainage/plumbing systems are not maintained over time! This property now needs a series of concrete footing and steel frame upgrades and reinstatements.

Conducting a floor survey and a reinforcement x-ray on a suspended slab in Beaconsfield by our forensics team. Time for some modeling and computations!

One of our projects from Broadmeadows located on a property containing a severe fall. Our team conducted a partial reinforcement inspection on a more untraditional footing design. This project involved a site cut exceeding 2200mm and required deep step-down footings at various locations. Cant wait for concrete pour early next week.
