Celebrating 10 years – congratulations Brandon! 🎉
From joining TES a decade ago in search of a new challenge outside large corporates, Brandon Truong has played a key role in shaping our business as it stands today.
Starting with responsibility for TES Noble Park and Palfinger Wacol, his journey has evolved alongside the growth of the business, from expanding sites across Australia, to the Nova Cranes acquisition, and more recently supporting all three business units under Sime Motors Commercial, including TES.
One highlight that stands out is the integration into Sime, a pivotal moment that helped strengthen our safety framework, systems, and reporting across the business.

Behind the scenes, Brandon plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, reporting, and safety standards across the group, work that often goes unseen but underpins everything we do.
When asked what’s kept him here for 10 years, the answer is simple: the people and the culture. And it’s that same spirit that continues to motivate him every day to drive positive change in our safety journey.
As we look ahead, Brandon is excited about the continued evolution of our HSSE strategy and the opportunities that come with a growing, safety-driven business.
