Another EWS Group unit through the TES workshop in Queensland 👏

This one came in with a fault impacting operation , the remote control wasn’t functioning as expected, limiting the unit’s normal use.

After a full diagnostic, our team traced the issue back to a broken wire in the E-Stop mechanism a small fault with a big impact on performance and safety.

• Fault identified
• Repair completed
• Unit back to full operation

Keeping fleets like EWS Group’s running reliably isn’t just about fixing problems, it’s about spotting the detail and getting it right the first time.

If your truck-mounted equipment isn’t performing as it should, our team is ready to get you back up and running.

Celebrating 10 years – congratulations Brandon! 🎉
From joining TES a decade ago in search of a new challenge outside large corporates, Brandon Truong has played a key role in shaping our business as it stands today.
Starting with responsibility for TES Noble Park and Palfinger Wacol, his journey has evolved alongside the growth of the business, from expanding sites across Australia, to the Nova Cranes acquisition, and more recently supporting all three business units under Sime Motors Commercial, including TES.
One highlight that stands out is the integration into Sime, a pivotal moment that helped strengthen our safety framework, systems, and reporting across the business.
What’s remained constant over the years?
👉 A genuine passion for safety
👉 A drive to keep learning across diverse operations
👉 A strong focus on people and team culture
Behind the scenes, Brandon plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, reporting, and safety standards across the group, work that often goes unseen but underpins everything we do.
When asked what’s kept him here for 10 years, the answer is simple: the people and the culture. And it’s that same spirit that continues to motivate him every day to drive positive change in our safety journey.
As we look ahead, Brandon is excited about the continued evolution of our HSSE strategy and the opportunities that come with a growing, safety-driven business.
Thank you for your dedication, impact, and commitment over the past 10 years, Brandon and congratulations on this milestone 👏

🚧 Construction sites don’t forgive weak tipping systems.
Uneven ground, heavy loads, constant cycles, that’s where failures start.
Read our latest article: https://transporteng.com.au/durability-for-the-daily-grind-why-advanced-tipping-technology-matters-for-construction-tipper-trucks/
It explains:
• why construction is harder on tipper hydraulics
• how shock loading damages trucks over time
• how Binotto B3 technology delivers smoother, safer tipping on site
If you’re building or operating construction tippers, this is worth 2 minutes of your time.
