So a few weeks ago a client asked if we can fold a special part with a very specific profile

The client was stuck because everyone he turned to said it was impossible to make
And the engineers and designers were firm on intent and design

So

With a little bit of time
A dash of care
A touch of focus
And a small investment
The team at oz welding developed a cheap,simple and effective solution via a custom made tool to fold the "MPOSSIBLE"
part and solve a problem for the client

Recent project just completed
10 prime movers with front mounted cranes

Truck mounted crane was overloading front axle by 2 tons
So after engineering calculations a 2.4 tonne counterweight was the remedy to the clients problem
