The next issue of Haunted Magazine will be arriving next week to Australia. We will be stocking this at our tours as well as other back issues. Select issues are also available from Tamar's Tea Room on Open Days at the beginning of each month. Haunted is an indie paranormal magazine imported from the UK with writers from all over the world including BRH's own Sarah.

It is released 4 times a year and by stocking the magazine directly, it means that Aussies can get their hands on a copy at the same time as the rest of the World (in recent months, you guys have had it before other countries!) It is certainly not something that I do to make money (I pretty much run this in the red to keep it affordable), but I know as an Australian, we often miss out on a lot of the cool Paranormal stuff happening in the UK and US. This is my way of bringing it to you! By purchasing a copy, you are also supporting LLIFS, so you are not just getting an awesome magazine, but helping LLIFS as well! Thank you for all the support in growing this magazine over the last 6 years. It is bigger than ever and that is because of you!

Honoured to attend Black Rock House tonight for the opening night of Jewel By The Sea a historical play about Charles Ebden and how Black Rock House came to be. To celebrate 150 years of the house and 175 years of Ebden as Victoria’s First Auditor General in attendance was Victoria’s Current Auditor General Andrew Greaves and Bayside Mayor Cr Debbie Taylor-Haynes. They flagged me down keen to hear the spooky side of the house. While the VAGO was a huge sceptic, he was very friendly and kind, and keen to hear all the stories. He don’t seem too blown away by my chair story by the Mayor loved it and is keen to come on the next investigation. The anniversary commemorating book Black Rock House: The history, the people the voices was also launched. This is extra special as I contributed a chapter to the book on the paranormal side of the house. There are a few pages of historical stories and even some current things we have had happen at the house. More importantly it recognises the community we have built and so proud of. By the end of this year we will have donated close to $40k to Black Rock House from tours and events. It would not be possible without your loyal support over the years.

The play itself was wonderful with lots of historical content (which I knew was factually correct) and of course part of me couldn’t help to think of all the ways I old use the actors for an investigation.
