Project Showcase 👏🏻

This prefabricated skid was one of 44 units fabricated in our workshop and installed on site at the CSL Seqirus influenza vaccine facility in Tullamarine.

Each skid was prefabricated in our workshop before being transported to site for installation as part of the project. The work was completed to meet ASME BPE standards, the global pharmaceutical standard for this type of infrastructure.

Every unit was fully internally inspected and delivered with complete QA traceability documentation, ensuring full compliance and quality throughout the fabrication and installation process.

We are honoured to announce that Total Piping & Mechanical has been awarded the Australian Industry Stainless Steel Fabricator Project of the Year 2025 in the Process Industries category.

Our winning project, the Viva Energy Hydrogen Generation & Refuelling Station in Geelong, Victoria, showcases TPM’s ability to deliver world-first hydrogen infrastructure with precision, innovation and safety at its core.
From orbital TIG welding at pressures exceeding 1,000 bar, to modular prefabrication of stainless steel spools, to achieving flawless QA/QC with zero incidents onsite, this project set a new benchmark for stainless fabrication in Australia.

This recognition reflects the hard work and expertise of our talented team and partners, and we are incredibly proud to play a role in advancing Australia’s clean energy future.
