BTS | IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING

A closer look at another stage of the manufacturing process here at West-Trans Equipment.

Using our 220-tonne hydraulic press brake, we bend and form steel components in-house at our Mulgrave, NSW manufacturing facility.

From cutting and pressing through to welding, assembly and final fit-up, keeping these processes in-house allows us to maintain greater control over quality, precision and production.

Just another part of what goes into manufacturing our Australian-made skip loaders and hook lifts.

The final checks before handover ✅

This West-Trans skip loader is undergoing final load testing to check that it lifts correctly, operates smoothly under load and that the counterbalance valves function as they should.

This is a test which all our skip loaders undergo before delivery, and is an important part of making sure the machine is ready for work before it reaches the customer.
