Every West-Trans loader is thoroughly degreased before being abrasive blasted, ensuring the surface is properly prepared before painting begins.

From there, it receives a coat of primer followed by two coats of high-gloss finish in the customer’s choice of colour. Each body is painted electrostatically, helping the paint reach edges, recesses and other hard-to-access areas for consistent, comprehensive coverage.

It’s a meticulous process which aims to deliver a durable, professional finish that stands up to demanding work and harsh Australian conditions, all while keeping your equipment looking sharp for years to come.
