2, 10 & 20 Taintons Road, Woombye

35 new residential allotments with Contour undertaking all works from initial project feasibility and concept development, through to detailed design and ultimately supervising the construction.

These photos highlight the stormwater management outcome which involved bifurcating flows to optimize performance of the detention basin and bio-retention basin.

Contour recently completed the preliminary design documentation to enable Sunshine Coast Council to undertake a D&C tender for the construction of a new office and caretaker’s residence at the Coolum Beach Holiday Park.

Contour was engaged on 28 November 2025 and delivered our design package on 10 January 2026. Contour’s team worked over the Christmas break to deliver this project for Council.

Sunshine Coast Council’s Recreation Project Manager, Stephen Porter, summarised his thoughts on Contour’s performance – “I have been working with Contour for many years and find their experienced team to be flexible, honest, and responsive, meaning projects are well considered, and delivered in-line with Council and its Stakeholders standards, timelines, and budgets. Contour has a highly skilled team that excels in optioneering considerations in all facets of public works. I can’t recommend Contour highly enough.”

Contour would like to congratulate Warwick Fraser on his 18 years of service with Contour. Warwick has been employed in Contour’s Sunshine Coast office since 23 October 2007, and during this period has provided an exemplary service to Contour and our Clients.

Contour is very proud to have a long history of staff retention, with 30% of our team members having a minimum of 13 years’ service with Contour, and 50% having more than 7 years tenure.

We would like to convey our appreciation to all our staff members who enable Contour to continue to be a Consultant of Choice to our Clients and Referrers.

Contour would like to wish Sunshine Coast locals Steven Ludgsdin and Jasen Crighton well with the upcoming Hay Rust n Dust Outback Rally, which will see 50 starters complete over 2,000 kms over 4 days, travelling across the top of NSW down to White Cllffs.

This is the 10th anniversary of the Hay Rust n Dust Outback Rally, which has raised over $850,000 for regional health organisations. This year the event is raising much needed funds for Can Assist, Angel Flight, Motor Neurone Disease (MND Australia) and Hay Community Health Trust.

Contour has jumped on board to support Car 1 “The Taxi” to be driven by Steven and Jasen. We encourage others to get on board and support this great cause, with the event kicking off on Friday 7 November and wrapping up on Monday 10 November.

Contour has been a supporter of this event since its inception and would like to congratulate Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific on the significant money raised by this event over the years, which continues to go to such worthy organisations as STEPS and LifeFlight.
