Our Story

M’Mates Place concept was originally started by Roger Osborn in 2010. Roger’s dream was to create an environment for families and like minded people to come together and develop friendships and bonds. Merv and Cos joined the business in 2016. Roger and Merv have known each other for over 30 years. July 2018 saw Merv and Cos take the business over in it’s entirety, Roger lending a hand when they needed help.

In June 2019, the lease at the Forrestfield property expired, so Merv and Cos decided to move the business a little closer to home. 85 Reserve Drive has become the new home for M’Mates Place.

M’Mates Place has always been a place where people can come and be together in a safe and friendly environment, to work on their vehicles, have a laugh and enjoy themselves. With the wider Mandurah community and surrounding suburbs, the family owned business will always be somewhere everyone can come, no matter your experience, and work on your pride and joy with sound advice and assistance if required. We are essentially a DIY workshop, but weekends will be the time to come if you need guidance.
