We would like to wish a very happy birthday to Ben from your team at BSO! 🎉

Ben, you are one of the longest-serving Fitters at BSO you hold a special place at BSO as our very first apprentice. We have had the privilege of watching you grow from an apprentice into the hardworking, skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic you are today. Over the years, you’ve given everything a go FIFO, the BSO workshop, local opportunities, and even working side-by-side with Trent at times (you poor thing 🤣).

You made your mark at BSO by completing your trade with us and developing into a tradesman we are incredibly proud of. Watching your growth, both professionally and personally, has been something truly special.

If there is one person on our team whose growth and development has truly stood out over the years, it would be Ben. Your dedication, work ethic, attitude and commitment to both your trade and the team have been incredible to watch.

Ben, we appreciate the extra mile you always go. Whether it’s lending a hand to help kick start the BSO workshop, stepping up when needed, or rocking up when Trent gives you a call, your loyalty and willingness to help never go unnoticed.

Ben, Trent and Chloe are extremely proud of the person and tradesman you have become, and we feel very lucky to have you as part of the BSO family. You are a huge asset to your team, our business and to both of us. 💛🖤

Dwayne is our longest-standing Auto Electrician here at BSO and, overall, the longest-serving team member.

Some people come into a business and simply do their job. Others become a part of the story.

Dwayne is one of those people.

From the very beginning, you’ve backed us, given us a chance, supported us and helped us build BSO into what it is today.
We will never be able to repay Dwayne for the trust, patience and loyalty he has shown us over the years.

What started as an employer and employee relationship quickly became so much more than that. Your friendship means the world to us and is something we could never truly put into words.

We still remember the day you came to our house and moved your tools into your very first BSO ute.
Your care for this business, your team, Trent and our family never goes unnoticed. The way you step up when needed and genuinely care about BSO is something we will never take for granted.

These photos capture just a small part of the journey the trips, the dinners, the birthdays, the site BBQs, the laughs, the hard work, the challenges and the memories we’ve made along the way.

Most importantly, they show the friendships and relationships we’ve built together.

As May comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the milestones, achievements and special moments from the month 👏🏼💛🖤

📍 Securing a new contract in the Northern Territory and continuing to grow our presence interstate.

👷‍♂️ Growing the BSO family with two new team members joining our team.

A huge thank you to our staff, contractors, families, clients and supporters. Every milestone, every project and every achievement is only possible because of the incredible people who make up the BSO team.

Our little BSO rocket Kayla 🚀🫶🏻

Surely it’s time for an updated post for our Kayla!

If you know us & BSO personally, you already know what Kayla does for our family & business and it’s definitely not just as advertised as an “admin role.”
Booking flights, checking in on the boys on site Kayla’s role goes so much further than this.

Keeping everything running behind the scenes you name it, Kayla has either given it a go, made a plan, or absolutely smashed it and taken it 10 steps further.

Since Kayla has been with us, Trent & I have learnt so much from her ideas, her drive, and the way she just gets things done. The passion she has for BSO never goes unnoticed.

We are so proud of how far you’ve come and everything you’ve achieved while being part of BSO. Your hard work, dedication, and care for this business never go unnoticed 🤍

We feel so lucky to have you as part of our team and such a strong, special friendship 🤍
