Daniels Turbo 403ci LY6 for his HT Monaro

✅Acid bathing the block
✅Torque Plate bore and hone
✅Line honed the main tunnel with ARP studs
✅Dummied the Callies Apex Crank, Boost line rods and JE pistons in the block to check deck heights
✅square decked the block
✅Torrington thrust was machines
✅Balance the rotating assembly
✅Cam bearings installed
✅Bearing clearances set with Calico bigs and mains
✅Then onto assembly with a Crow Cam and a set of Higgins CNC ported LSA heads

This thing is next level🥵. BMW S58 with a stroker kit and LA sleeves.

What we did?
✅ Align hone with ARP main studs
✅ Machined the block to fit the LA flanged style sleeves
✅The Torque plate was cut out thanks to . And then finished machined
✅The stroker crank and rotating assembly was balanced
✅The torque plate was installed with the 625+ ARP head studs for the final hone
✅Then the block was decked

Gav’s very tidy little 347 Windsor going in his XM coupe. Getting all sorts of goodies.

✅Started off boring the block 030 O/S. Followed by a torque plate hone.
✅The S**t Stroker kit was balanced by Pete 👌🏽
✅Block was then align honed with a steel girdle and ARP main studs
✅The stoker kit was dummied up in the block to determine the deck heights
✅The deck was then machined and corrected to a Zero deck
✅Cam bearings installed
✅Bearing clearances were set
✅Edelbrock Performer heads seats were recut and port matched to intake manifold
✅Heads were faced to bump up the comp to 10.6:1
✅Onto final assembly
✅Degreeing in the Crow hydraulic roller Cam with a set of gaterman lifters
✅Meilings oil pump with ARP drive
✅Cometic MLS head gaskets held in with ARP head bolts
✅Comp roller rockers
✅Then the outside with TruTracs Billetspecialties serpentine belt set ✨
✅Milodon sump
✅Edelbrock throttle body
✅And of course will be wired up with a Holley EFI Terminator X ECU and Dizzy

Should make for a pretty killa cruiser👌🏽
