Absolute Enterprises is seeking a hands-on Estimator to support our Engineering Division. This is not just an office-based role — it is a critical position responsible for setting jobs up for success from the very beginning.
We are looking for someone who understands how work is actually done in a heavy engineering workshop and can accurately scope, price, and prepare jobs across machining, fitting, and fabrication. You will play a key role in ensuring new work is quoted correctly, job packs are built properly, and the workshop has clear direction before work begins.
As an Estimator, your accuracy, detail, and ownership of the quoting process directly impact the success of every job that enters the workshop. The way you scope work, build job packs, and communicate with the team sets the standard for ex*****on on the floor.
