If your car sits unused for weeks, the battery will often drain, leaving it completely flat and unable to start when you finally need it.

One effective way to prevent this issue is by using a trickle charger to keep the battery topped up, or installing a battery isolator to protect it from unnecessary drain.

A trickle charger will slowly top the battery up over the course of a few hours to days (Depending on charger size and how discharged the battery is) and once it hits 100%, it will maintain the battery at that exact level without overcharging it or undercharging it. This is extremely healthy for your battery.

A battery isolator can protect the start battery by preventing unnecessary drain from accessories when the engine is off. It helps maintain a healthy charge so your vehicle is always ready to start, extending the life of the battery and reducing the risk of being stranded.
