Hi everyone! I’m Tien, and I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially taken over Coffee Service Packaging, your local destination for all things coffee and packaging!

The handover with the amazing Andrea was smooth, and I’m so grateful for the strong foundation she’s built. I’m excited to continue serving our community, and while I’ll be bringing my own personal touch, the heart and soul of this business will remain the same.

With a background in administration, trade scheduling, and years of experience in both hospitality and retail, I’m thrilled to bring a mix of professionalism and passion to the business. I’m dedicated to maintaining the strong relationships Andrea has built over the last 12 years, and continuing to provide the best products and services to the community.

I truly believe in the power of community, and I’m looking forward to strengthening connections within our local area while supporting each other’s growth.

When I’m not working, you can find me at home with my partner, our three kids, and our playful pup. Family, growth, and community are what drive me both personally and professionally.

After 12 years at the helm of CSP it is my pleasure to hand over the business to the new owners Tien and Brad. A local couple that have proven to me that they are more than capable of steering the ship.

Over the years I have struggled, enjoyed wins, learned a heap, fell into a heap but over all I have enjoyed working with my crew. I could not have had the success I have without my amazing team - Eddy, Larry, Mel, Keegan, Andrew and Ros aka Mum. Mel and Andrew will still be there to assist you and Tien is the new Head Honcho.

Every client has been important to me and I have loved helping get projects off the ground, assisting with growth and improvement of profits and generally making connections with people. Thank you for supporting our small local business. I am very grateful.

Many have asked me what I'm doing next... I have no idea but I'm open to suggestions and offers!
