🎉 Celebrating Safety, Commitment & Milestones at All Metal Solutions! 🎉

There was plenty to celebrate in our All Metal Solutions Fabrication Division this week! 👏

The team has achieved an outstanding 12 months LTI Free — a fantastic result that reflects the commitment, teamwork and focus on safety shown by everyone across the division. 🦺💪

We also celebrated two incredible long-service milestones:

🔹 Mark Helsham – 20 Years of Service
🔹 Greg Jayma – 15 Years of Service

These are significant milestones and a great reflection of the dedication and contribution Mark and Greg have made to All Metal Solutions over the years. Congratulations, and thank you for everything you’ve contributed! 👏

To celebrate, the Fabrication team enjoyed a well-earned BBQ lunch together. 🌭🥩🍔

A big congratulations to the entire Fab team on reaching 12 months LTI Free, and a special thank you to Mark and Greg for their years of commitment.

We’re getting closer to putting our new high-speed tube laser into production.
This is a significant step forward in the capability of the AMS Tube Laser Division, giving our customers greater capacity, speed and flexibility for tube and profile processing.
With capability including:
🔹 140 r/min chuck rotation for high-speed processing
🔹 Automatic bundle loading for improved efficiency
🔹 Bevel cutting head for more complex applications
🔹 9m loading | 4.5m unloading capability
🔹 Processing of pipe up to 273mm diameter
🔹 Square & rectangular tube up to 200mm
🔹 Processing down to just 12mm
This machine opens up new opportunities across structural steel, engineering, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, transport, fabrication and construction — from high-volume production runs through to complex, precision-cut components.
The result? More capacity. Faster processing. Greater capability. Less manual handling.
We’re excited to bring this next generation of tube processing to our customers.
Installation is underway… production is coming soon!

Team Appreciation

A great afternoon celebrating our All Metal Laser Team! 👏

July was a fantastic month for the team — almost a record month — and a great result that reflects the hard work, commitment and teamwork across the Laser division.

It was also a chance to recognise two of our team members Francis Sabatino and Chris Brodie (2 of our Highly Talented Laser Operators) reaching their 5-year milestones. Congratulations and thank you for your continued contribution to All Metal Solutions. 👏👏

Sadly, we also said goodbye to one of our valued team members Sales Supervisor Peter Ray, who is moving on to his next chapter. We’re grateful for everything you’ve contributed to the team and wish you all the very best for the future.

A great team, a great result and plenty to be proud of. Thank you to the whole Laser team — July was a team effort! 💪
