Hiring, Paget. Two jobs.

Fitters - jacks, cylinders, pumps, tooling. Mine gear, fixed properly.

Trainers - tradies who know hydraulics and can teach it. Room upstairs, sites across the Bowen Basin.

Small crew, no passengers. Fitters can do the Cert IV upstairs. Trainers get a workshop under their feet.

Ads in the comments or ring Raelene.

Training's moving in. APT's setting up upstairs at Enterprise Street - for good, not a visit.

First up in October: Hydraulics 2 for the Hay Point coal loader crews. Learn it upstairs, see it getting pulled apart downstairs.

Farewell to the old shed at Platinum.

A lot of Edmo jacks and jack stands got pulled apart and put back together properly on that floor. Nobody took photos, it was just Tuesday.

New floor now. Same job, done the same way.

Got a work experience student from Mackay Engineering College in the shed this week. On the tools with the crew - stripping jacks, checking seals, watching a pressure test.

The team's been showing them the ropes and letting them have a go. That's how it starts. Cheers to the college for sending them our way.

Raelene's running the show at Mackay Fluid Power now. Local, knows half of Mackay, and not big on the word no.

She's got the counter, the workshop and the phone. Got a job sitting? Ring her. We're backing her to get it sorted.

Onsite vs sending your team to a public course — usually comes down to downtime, not price.
Public courses have their place. But when the whole crew needs the same skills on the same gear, onsite is where it lands.
Price it before you book seats.
