The Finance Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple companies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the financial operations of the organisation. The Finance Administrator is also responsible for the payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in company bookkeeping and payroll administration, including:

📈Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)

📈Understanding GST requirements & other taxation obligations

📈Be familiar with Australian financial regulations, tax laws & superannuation requirements

You will also have a good understanding of employee contracts and pay structures, a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, good communication, familiarity with Australian payroll legislation and proficiency in accounting systems like MYOB, Xero, or SAP.
