ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED ON THIS PRIME MOVER!

The fabrication of chassis mounting frame for the installation of 2 x Aluminium toolbox's with shelf, Stainless-steel water tank with 2 x outlets & fill point, mounting point for fire extinguisher, grab handles & recess in paneling for airlines & trailer socket.

Latest build of an access platform & staircases.
Handrails pipe bent & fabricated out of Aluminium and TIG welded.
Staircases were pressed from Ali checker plate & Mig welded.
Fabricated and load rated to be able to transport 3 tonne plus of machine's then provide site access to sea container, to be set up as on-site workshop.
Platform fabricated from steel PFC frame and tread plate, then blasted & painted white.
Staircase that access's platform has removable handrails and folds up, another cool feature is the fact that handrails on platform fold down for forklift access to load/unload materials.
This project has come up very nice!

Repair work that has been completed to a rake bucket for a bobcat.
The teeth had been worn down and damaged.
Teeth have been straightened.
Then proceeded to build up with weld to build the metal back up.
Final step was doing hard facing.
This will prevent future wear and make the bucket last far longer than it has.

Completion of installing a new back wall to a container dome.
New patio tube was welded in place to create a structure to screw sheets to.
Sheets were from an old shed and repurposed.
New Louvre was installed to help with air flow and PA door installed.
Still got the second dome to repair at a later stage when concrete has been poured.

These will be mobile security systems.
It will be getting fitted out with High Definition Security cameras and Starlink, still a Solar panel to be mounted on the unit.

Newly built clean room/ storage room for tack gear.
