About the Role:
This is a varied role that will see you working across multiple aspects of our business. You will be a key part of our customer experience, helping with everything from sales and support, to order processing and hands-on assistance in the workshop.
Duties will include:
• Providing professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service (in-person, over the phone, and via email)
• Assisting with customer orders and inquiries
• Picking, packing and dispatching parts and accessories
• Performing local parts pickups and deliveries
• Fitting accessories to 4x4 vehicles (training provided where needed)
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• General support to the sales and workshop teams
What We’re Looking For:
