We’re offering eligible projects the opportunity to trial 250m² of Fibrefast factory-finished CFC panels on-site. Designed to streamline construction, Fibrefast arrives ready to install with consistent colour, controlled quality and dependable performance.

Located in Melbourne’s western growth corridor, the Woodlea Campus uses its facade to clearly express the school’s identity. Vitradual solid aluminium panels in Asteroid Pearl Metallic, Copper Metallic and Champagne Metallic deliver controlled reflectivity and tonal variation, set against deep charcoal panels for contrast. The result is a considered, durable facade that balances visual interest with long‑term performance, well-suited to educational environments designed to serve generations to come.

MEET THE TEAM // Pradeep Rondla, Category Manager

Pradeep has been an integral part of the Fairview team for almost three years. In his role, he oversees product development and the broader product lifecycle activities for the category team. He works closely with suppliers, supports quality and compliance requirements, conducts technical analysis, and partners with internal teams to ensure our ranges meet high-performance and reliability standards.

With a Master’s degree in Engineering from the US and experience working with global brands such as Caterpillar and Rhino Rack, Pradeep brings strong technical expertise and a practical, solutions-focused approach to both internal teams and customers.

Pradeep says one of the things he enjoys most about Fairview is the genuinely welcoming culture and the pride people take in their work.

Outside the office, Pradeep loves camping, 4x4 driving, and running, and is keen to take on more marathons in the coming years.

FIBREFAST X TEXCO // From Painted Panels to Fibrefast

Our first of two Fibrefast product allocations has been awarded to Texco for their upcoming project at Smeaton Grange Logistics Hub. Originally calling for on-site painted fibre cement panels, Fibrefast will now be used to deliver an efficient, consistent and lower-risk solution while maintaining a high-quality architectural finish.

This industrial development will showcase Fibrefast across Stage 1 of the project, with two additional buildings planned in future stages. We’re excited to see Fibrefast being adopted in a real-world application where speed of installation, quality control and long-term performance are key priorities, and look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.

Project registrations are open until the end of May.
