💊 Triple CFTR modulators have changed the landscape of cystic fibrosis care.

Taken as tablets, these therapies are considered a major milestone — often improving lung function and overall wellbeing for many people with CF.

But with these improvements, an important question arises:
👉 Is daily inhalation therapy still necessary?

Current guidelines still recommend continuing basic symptomatic therapy. One patient — who has used a wet nebuliser twice daily since childhood — decided to explore this question and shares her personal experience on the PARI blog.
