Meet Brian Dalziel – AIM Equipment 👋
It’s probably fair to say Brian’s interest in machinery started pretty early.
Growing up around the family machinery repair business, he spent plenty of time learning from his father Craig — although as a kid, modifying and playing with go-karts and cars was usually just as interesting!
Brian worked in the family business before heading into the mining industry, where he spent a number of years in various maintenance roles and gained experience with a wide range of heavy equipment.
In 2021, he returned to the machinery industry and established AIM Equipment in Leeton, with the aim of building a dealership based around good machinery, practical advice and strong support after the sale.
Earthmoving equipment has always been a particular passion. While running AIM means there’s a lot more time spent behind a desk these days, Brian will rarely knock back the chance to get behind the controls of a machine.
Away from work, he’s happiest outdoors — and generally reckons the more remote the location, the better. He also runs a farm producing sheep and hay, and now has a young family of his own growing up in Leeton.
Machinery has been a big part of Brian’s life from the beginning, and these days he gets to turn that lifelong interest into helping AIM customers find the right gear and keep it working.
