Demolition material often needs to be processed before it can be reused, transported or disposed of. Doing this directly at the point of excavation can help reduce unnecessary handling and transport.

The ALLU Concrete Bucket combines crushing and screening in one attachment, allowing concrete, bricks and large RAP material to be processed on-site. It is also designed to handle material containing rebar and other steel, which can otherwise interrupt conventional crushing processes.

Depending on the required end product, interchangeable counter blades allow material to be processed to different output sizes, while the Variable Drum design makes drum changes possible when site requirements change.

For demolition and recycling contractors, on-site processing can mean fewer material movements, less reliance on separate crushing equipment and a more streamlined workflow from demolition through to reuse.

Dig. Haul. Dump. Reload. Repeat? What if the loader could CRUSH + SCREEN material while loading it?

The ALLU M‑Series buckets produce truck-ready material at the face, reducing double handling, fuel burn, and wear hours tied to moving material multiple times.

🔸One pass processing
🔸Less rehandling & stockpile management
🔸Lower cost per ton starts at the face

There is a smart way to recycle cold-milled and reclaimed asphalt (RAP) onsite.

The ALLU Asphalt Screening Bucket is a flexible alternative to mobile crushers, especially for tight or urban job sites as it crushes and screens RAP in one pass, turning milled asphalt into reusable material in one step.

With nominal screen sizes of 12, 16, and 25 mm, the bucket can produce over 95% of finished material below target size, drastically reducing reprocessing needs.
