Storm Water Drains
Sewer
Water

Kerbs
Footpath & road preparation.
Excavator & front-end loader experience would be an advantage for this position.

About You
The successful person would have experience of the following.

Be a qualified builder with 10+ years experience in the industry
Experience in residential building and renovations
Warehouse/Commercial construction
Preparation for concrete slabs and house set outs
Read plans and have the ability to determine quantities of products for placing orders
Have the ability to interact with suppliers and other contractors that may be required.
Have own tools and work Ute (however a work vehicle and fuel card could be a plus for the right person)
Have a sound knowledge of general building of all types
Kitchen installations, fit outs, etc
Be prepared to use some recycled materials
And have:

Current drivers’ licence
Light truck licence (not essential but an advantage)
The applicant will be able to operate machinery e.g., rollers, excavators’ vi*****rs etc (however this skill is not essential but an advantage)

Must be able to think for themselves, be a team player and work unsupervised, and work alongside our Civil manager when required. The applicant must also be honest, motivated, and reliable with references including verbal from clients you have done builds for.

38 hours per week with some additional hour if required with an annual salary of between $65,000 to $75,000 depending on skill.

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR REQUIRED BY Tas Global
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERINCED OPERATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM BASED AT PROSPECT IN LAUNCESTON. YOU WILL NEED TO BE A TEAM PLAYER HAVING HAD PREVIOUS EXPERINCE OPERATING EXCAVATORS 5 to 33 tonne,
You must be competent in all aspects of subdivision site and civil services works, be able to trench to grades of fine tolerance, perform daily checks and servicing,
Be available to work long Hrs and weekends.
Previous experience operating a large Rock Breaker, 18t wheel loader and 40t Dump Truck would be an advantage for this position.
The next 6 months you will be on our site at Prospect.
