🔥 Bird Nest Inspired Fire Pit 🔥

Something a little different from Metal Fusion Design Co.

Inspired by the random woven structure of a bird’s nest, this fire pit was custom designed, laser cut and fabricated completely in-house from Corten steel.

I wanted every panel to have its own random orientation while still coming together to create the overall nest shape and I reckon it came up an absolute treat.

Now it just needs a few good fire and shower of rain to bring out that beautiful Corten colour. 🔥

🎉 Today marks 2 years of Metal Fusion Design Co! 🎉

It’s hard to believe that two years have already passed. What started as an idea and a lot of determination has grown into a business that I’m incredibly proud of.

Here’s one of our latest installations—a custom powder-coated aluminium double driveway gate featuring vertical louvre slats.

How good do these vertical louvre slats look? They provide complete privacy while still allowing airflow, giving you the best of both worlds while creating a clean, modern finish.

One of the biggest advantages we’ve gained over the last two years has been investing in our own in-house fibre laser. It allows us to take on projects like this from start to finish without relying on outsourcing. We cut, fabricate and build everything ourselves, giving us complete control over quality, lead times and the finished product.
