Grahams Concrete and Quarry are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the Northern Rivers. As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations and ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our quarrying and concreting activities.

Position Description includes;

- Ensure adherance to AS1379, and additional Industry specifications and standards.

- Conduct Technical evaluations and audits to identify current and future improvement opportunities.

- Provide Technical expertise and support to the companies everyday operational needs.

- Follow industry trends and advancements to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

- Organise and arrange Internal and External testing of Concrete & Quarry materials and reporting procedures.

- Create & maintain Spreadsheets related to the testing of Concrete & Quarry materials.

- Collate information and follow material report testing trends.

- Supply Internal & External clients with test reporting documentation.

- Have the ability to create, maintain and adjust Concrete Mix designs.

- Conduct Internal QA testing for both Concrete & Quarry materials.

- Provide technical support and assistance to Concrete & Quarry Managers.

Position will include work vehicle and wage is commensurate on experience and expertise!
