Recently, we completed our 25th Cattle Crush as part of our long standing relationship with Ezy Rollover Crush. These units improve cow handling procedures while making it a breeze for farmers and vets to complete day to day activities.

These Cattle Crushes can be either mobile or stationary and can come with hydraulic doors to reduce the manual labour component. The units also come in either a painted or galvanised finish. Below is a Mobile Unit and Stationary Unit that was completed in the last two weeks.

The Easter period has been a busy time for the boys with a wide array of breakdowns, jobs and builds coming through the doors. These include:

- Completion of a Shed Extension with New Corrugated Zinc Roof
- Completion of two Rubber Tyre Rollers
- Fabricate Smudge Bar for a Local Earthmoving Customer
- Machining of New Shafts
- Adjust Gooseneck on Horse Float
- Steady Stream of Machining, Repair and Maintenance Jobs through our Machine Shop

Recently completed Line Boring jobs that we did on multiple Concrete Truck Suspension Components for Mawsons. Using our latest addition we remachined the pin journal to fit pins as per original factory specification, all done with the goal of successful long term operation of the machine.

Our latest project is one of many we have completed in our long standing relationship with Mawsons of over 10 years and across multiple sites such as Tongala and Cohuna.

Over the last few weeks we have seen a big increase in machinery repairs and maintenance which the boys have worked through to complete plenty of jobs to help keep our customers operating. Some of these jobs and other projects were:

- Continued Works on Er****on of Shed Extension for Local Customer
- Continued Fabrication of Rubber Tyre Roller Frames
- Machine and Fabricate 30 Conveyor Rollers for local orchard
- Fabricate an Oversize Sign and Install on New Toyota Hilux
- Repair Chassis, Fabricate and Fit Ram Mounts for lifting tilt tray on Tow Truck

A growing part of our business at Kyabram Steel is our range of earthmoving equipment parts including Tips, Points, Adapters, Pins, Rubbers and much more.

- Fabricating a Firefighting Unit and welding to Sprayer
- Replaced Internal pipe work in hydro vac truck for a local business
- Continued Fabrication of 2 x 3.5mt Rubber Tyre Rollers
- Aluminium Mig Welding of Posts for a local customer
