We're at the Sydney 4WD & Adventure Show this weekend - Sites E53–E55.

11–13 September, Eastern Creek.

We'll have a fully kitted Cruiser on site so you can get hands on with the Alu-Cab gear.

All Four x 4 Spares is an authorised Alu-Cab dealer and our Kotara workshop does the full install. If you've been weighing up a canopy or roof conversion for your tourer, this is the easiest way to work out what actually suits your rig before you commit.

These legends are the reason your part turns up when you need it.

Over 20,000 parts on the shelves at any given time. More than $3 million worth of stock sitting in our Kotara warehouse. None of that counts for anything if the wrong box goes out the door.

Every order gets picked, checked against the invoice, and packed to survive a freight run to wherever you are. Same day or next business day dispatch, every day, no fuss.

Most of the time it's a bloke prepping for a trip. Sometimes it's a rig on stands in a driveway with a booked holiday next weekend, or a fleet ute that can't sit idle another day. The order that leaves here today is someone else's problem solved tomorrow and these blokes carry that without a word.

Two roof conversions in the shed at the same time. Doesn't happen often.

One beige Troopy, one white LandCruiser, both running Alu-Cab roof conversions. The white one is on the hoist with us now, there's more coming on that job shortly.

If you've ever googled "Troopy roof conversion" and disappeared down the rabbit hole, here's the short version:

Hercules - 75 & 78 Series Troopcarrier
Thor - 76 Series LandCruiser
Icarus - Defender 110
Silenus - INEOS Grenadier

Each one is engineered for that specific vehicle. Nothing universal about them.

The Hercules adds around 140mm to overall height and about 84kg net. Full standing room inside, permanent bed for two, 200kg static / 150kg dynamic roof rating, pre-wired for solar.

The part people underestimate is the install. Factory roof comes off. Then it's sealing, insulation, electrical, high-level brake light compliance and engineering certification for NSW. Get it wrong and you're chasing water ingress and wind noise for years.

All Four x 4 Spares at Kotara is the authorised Alu-Cab dealer and installer of Alu-Cab Roof Conversions. Supply, fitment and engineering all done here in the workshop, for customers out of Newcastle, Sydney and across NSW.
