Finisher/Fabricator:
We are looking for an employee willing to join a locally owned manufacturing business within Korumburra. We have a small team who fulfill a specialised need within the truck – tray/bin, car – tray and industrial steel manufacture and supply chain.
The role is suitable for either a qualified or non-qualified person, although we would prefer that you had prior knowledge or enthusiasm for completing the fit-out and finishing of truck – tray/bin, car – trays after manufacture, sand-blasting and painting.
We will provide the successful applicant with the appropriate rewards, including necessary training and supervision. In return all we ask of you is to provide us with your attention to detail, enthusiasm to take on new tasks, adherence to health and safety, punctuality and willingness to follow due process and procedures.

It's been a while since we have posted anything but things have definitely not slowed down! We've been busy doing what we do best here at Shakanda! Here is another great quality custom truck, great job boys 😊

Twinning! These two water service vehicles were deilvered just before Christmas.

We made real use of the space by providing plenty of storage for tools and equipment, side access to a central walkway and 6m long conduit racks (or as we call them, the rocket launchers!)

Plenty of lighting was added for nighttime usage along with rear safety beacons. Both bodies feature stainless steel water tanks, inline pumps and a hose reel. One body featured a Maxilift crane whilst the other hides an electric winch and believe it or not there's also a 3m long pull out aluminium ramp hiding between the chassis rails!

That's a lot to fit on a truck... but the workshop guys nailed it once again! Special mention to Nick Nelson Electrical for his fantastic work on a difficult wiring job!

Great to see Vuillermins finish off yet another masterpiece. Masters of their trade and always a pleasure to work with 👍 good challenge doing the stairs and handrails but made easy by working with these pros ✊
