We’re proud to acknowledge the Australian government’s recent announcement of grants totalling over AUD 800K to support 11 Victorian defence suppliers in the supply-chain uplift program — a strategic move to enhance local capability in programs like Hanwha Defence Australia’s LAND 400.

At Stahl Metall, we are honoured to be among the recipients. The funding will accelerate our acquisition of advanced manufacturing equipment, boost our prototyping and product-development capacity, and reinforce our commitment to Australian precision-engineering excellence right here in Victoria.

📍 This is more than a funding boost — it underscores the critical importance of a sovereign, resilient defence-industrial base and the role SMEs play in delivering high-value outcomes for our nation and allied supply-chains.
