Highlander Metals Is Hiring

Immediate Start

You will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of primarily stainless steel & aluminium products, including benchtops & benches, handrails, cabinetry cladding (shark nose handles), balustrades, frames, and other custom projects. This role involves reading and interpreting drawings, cutting, TIG welding, polishing & finishing to a high standard. The role includes both workshop fabrication and onsite installation, so flexibility and problem-solving skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in stainless steel and aluminium fabrication
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with the team
Commitment to workplace safety
Workshop fabrication and onsite welding/installation 90/10 split

What we can offer:
Permanent Full-Time position – Monday to Friday, 0700-1530.
Potential for Overtime/Saturday half day available – 0700-1100
